Neville Kiely

CEO & Founder

Neville has over 40 years experience in the Security & Fire industry. He has served on the ASIAL National Executive for over 12 years and is currently Chairman of the ASIAL National Electronics Security Special Interest Group (NESSIG). Add to that six years on the Australian Standards Committee EL31, as well serving on sub-committees on Monitoring Centres (AS2201.2:2004) and Alarm Transmission Systems (AS/NZS2201.5:2008). From 1973 to 1989 he managed Security and Fire operations around Australia before commencing Central Monitoring Services Pty Ltd in 1989

 

Scott Kiely

Managing Director

A member of the CMS team since 2003, and before that working for Central’s partner company since 1998. Scott has advanced from the positions in the monitoring centre to the role of Managing Director via dedication and a commitment to innovative thinking that embodies the Central’s ethos. Scott is responsible for the overall management of the business. As Managing Director, Scott oversees key functions at CMS including monitoring, medical monitoring, response and security as well as all business functions including client management, business development, operations, finance, marketing, strategic planning and overarching direction in both new and existing markets. His holistic understanding of the industry and hands on approach has made him an invaluable asset when making strategic decisions and in his day-to-day approach to operations. His formal qualifications include a Bachelor of Business from UTS

Elizabeth Chalmers 

Operations Manager

The CMS Monitoring Centre is operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year to provide the highest standard possible. Elizabeth is our Monitoring Centre Operations Manager and has worked with us since 2013. She is responsible for the entire monitoring resource platform providing high customer service and standards to our clients. Additionally, Elizabeth oversees all Monitoring Centre training, staff development, hiring of staff, oversees data management and integrity as well as manages the roster. As the Operations Manager Elizabeth is responsible for liaising with SIMS US for Technical Support.

 

Suzette Po-Williams

Customer Service Manager

Suzette joined Central Monitoring Services in November 1992 and since then has risen through the ranks to become our Customer Service Manager. Her day-to-day function is to visit our bureaux to ensure that we are providing them with all the necessary literature and equipment to enable them to provide their clients with the best service. Through her strong relationships, we are able to understand exactly what our clients want and to tailor our monitoring exactly to their requirements. Suzette also represents Central Monitoring Services at ASIAL where she is the New South Wales Convenor and is also on various committees. Suzette has been honored with an Australian Security Medal for her services to the Security Industry and was awarded Female Security Executive of the Year at the Outstanding Security Performance Awards (OSPA) in 2018. Suzette’s almost 30-year career at Central Monitoring Services has covered all aspects of security work. However, the highlight of her career was acting as the Project Development Officer for the CMS SHLV SOS Link Device. The device gives survivors of domestic violence immediate access to police assistance when outside the safety of their homes..
