MEDICAL MONITORING

CMS are well established in this market and recognise it is different from “Burglar Alarms”. Yes you can add devices to Security Alarm Systems but the response is similar to a burglar alarm and not tailored for the Aged Care Market.

In a purpose designed Medical Monitoring System the Alarm is activated and it can be from a Fixed Location, a Personal Button or a Panel Onboard Help Button. The Client wants HELP and this is performed by opening a channel to speak directly to the person seeking the assistance.

CMS ring the Client and the Smartlink Medical Monitoring Panel allows the Client to talk directly to a CMS Operator. The procedures are predetermined and followed exactly to the letter.

As the response is purely voice communications the pstn telephone service or GSM network is the only current option and the Client is most mindful of all costs and is less adaptive to new technology.
